Dear Mr. Meyer,
I wanted to take a few minutes to write you about the service I have received from your RV center. Just two months after we purchased our first camper we heard that Howard had lost their business. We were very nervous about warranties, service, etc. Your staff has been exceptional at making sure we have been taken care of the right way! Let me start with Dave, Jerry, and Harold. While I have only had the pleasure of working directly with Dave and Jerry on service issues, all three of these guys are always laughing and making light of situations. Since our purchase we have had a multitude of issues with our camper from the AC going out to the refrigerator not working. These guys not only get it fixed but they keep open lines of communication throughout the process of getting our RV serviced. A matter of fact I saw Jerry two days after I picked up my camper at a festival out of town (in a beer tent may I add) and he made a point to come over and check on how are camper was doing.
Your technicians and I wish I knew the names of all of them that worked on our camper. Keith was putting the finishing touches on our camper the other day when we picked it up and he was very knowledgeable and courteous about explaining certain items to me. A few weeks ago one of my jacks broke and I stopped by on the way home from camping to have it looked at to see if it was covered by warranty. Before I could turn around Dave had a technician out there fixing it, approval from Route 66 and I was on the way.
Thank you for everything you guys have done. I am sure when my wife tells me we need a bigger camper (and what she says usually goes) we will be seeing you again.

Good afternoon Mr John Meyer and Mr. Bob Meyer,
I wanted to let you know that I am extremely satisfied with a number of your employees that I have had to deal with in the past year at Midwest RV Center. My coach has been very reliable until last summer. We started to have some major electrical problems with it and needed to find professional people to fix the problems, and I can assure you that I did in fact fine the BEST Dealership for the job. My coach was at your service department last fall for about 2 months with diagnostics test revealing that the EMS system was faulty and needed replaced. During this service experience I was treated with the upmost professionalism by Dave Fortner, Wes Miller and Keith Elliot. These individuals went out of their way to make sure that all of my problems were resolved to my satisfaction and wouldn’t stop until I was completely satisfied. However, my experiences with Midwest RV Center did not end there. This past January additional electrical issues surfaced again. During the last 6 weeks that my coach has been at your dealership, my experience with your staff did not change at all from the first visit. Again, Dave Fortner, Wes Miller, Keith Elliot and Jerry Donze could not have treated me any better. The consistency of these individuals with the way they have treated me has given me no choice but to begin to patronize your dealership in the future. Thank you very much for employing such top quality employees and treating me with such great respect.
Regards,

Owner/Management,
I just want to send a note to say how pleased I was with the treatment I recieved by your Service section. I have an old beat up 1976 RV and your people in Service treated me the same as if Id had spent hundreds of thousands on a new coach. I dealt directly with Harold Ash but everyone was very polite and did everything they could to make me happy even though I only spent a few hundred bucks. Jerry also cut me a Military discount which with my budget was also very helpful. As a Military member I rarely ask for this service and didnt have to in this instance. Jerry just automatically did it. This means a lot us. A technician even spent some time with me showing me how to operate some of the stuff I didnt know how to use. I bought an old coach to make sure I would use one enough to justify the investment in a new one. If I do, my experience at your store will ensure I purchase a new one from you next year. Thanks.

Midwest RV Center Management and Ownership –
Its very simple…there is NO other place than Midwest RV Center to purchase your RV or have one serviced. Its very difficult to imagine or comprehend there is any other RV dealership that has greater than the exceptional sales and service of this business.
In all types of purchases I have made thru the years inclusive of automobiles and other non RV items, I have never been as enthusiastic or excited (or even close) about my experience with a business as I have this one.
Exceptional customer service received from the sales manager, Randy Starkey and service dept are very important but only the beginning. There is not one employee I have dealt with or spoken to that was not knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and appreciative of me and my business.
Issues with RVs despite the thinking of many do exist and are going to happen. There are going to be issues, concerns and problems that can be very frustrating, (and most likely not fault of the dealer) the care, concern, assistance, knowledge and professionalism you will be given from Midwest RV is by far exception and highly commendable.
In shopping for an RV I found the product lines and variety exceptional at this dealership as well. They have a large volume inventory which makes your shopping options much greater and increased ability to obtain top of the line brands in a variety of size and pricing. I found their inventory a big plus in providing ability to find the perfect RV in size and dollar I was seeking.
The above are just highlights from my experience, there is so much positive response that can be provided for this business. With other RV dealerships closer than the one hour drive to Midwest from my home…the distance is meaningless and again cant imagine a better place period much less one closer to home. There is truly no other option for YOU and YOUR RV than Midwest RV Center.

Midwest RV = Exceptional Service This year I became an owner of my first pop-up camper. I shopped around on the internet as well as visited dealerships. I visited Midwest RV and found a used camper that I felt satisfied with. After using the camper a few times, I noticed some problems and brought my concerns to the attention of the service manager, Jerry Donza. Jerry stated that although I did not purchase an extended warranty, he would have one of his technicians diagnose my concerns and discuss my options. Jerry Donza of Midwest RV took the time to sit down and listen to my concerns. Jerry understood I was a novice in regards to the operation and construction of pop-up campers, but educated me on proper operation and maintenance of the RV, and how the problems developed. Jerry explained that since I purchased my camper from Midwest RV, I was important to their business, and he would provide an estimate, along with an explanation of the repairs that were required, free of charge. After leaving the camper at Midwest RV for a short term to diagnose my concerns, Jerry called me in for a consultation. He sat down with me and explained each of my concerns and presented me with a very reasonable estimate. After the repairs were completed, his service technician took the time to walk through every repair with me, and provided input on how to prevent problems from returning in the future. I am very pleased with the service I received at Midwest RV. I believe every customer strives to find this type of service, but rarely can find it these days. From this point on, Midwest RV will be my first choice for camper purchases and service. Hopefully others will take notice and bring their business to Midwest RV. I believe a business that shows this type of loyalty to their customers is rare to find and should be rewarded. -Dave Fitzgerald
