.:: Letters to Midwest RV Center ::.
Dear Mr. Meyer,
I wanted to take a few minutes to write you about the
service I have received from your RV center. Just two months after we purchased
our first camper we heard that Howard had lost their business. We were very
nervous about warranties, service, etc. Your staff has been exceptional at
making sure we have been taken care of the right way! Let me start with Dave,
Jerry, and Harold. While I have only had the pleasure of working directly with
Dave and Jerry on service issues, all three of these guys are always laughing
and making light of situations. Since our purchase we have had a multitude of
issues with our camper from the AC going out to the refrigerator not working.
These guys not only get it fixed but they keep open lines of communication
throughout the process of getting our RV serviced. A matter of fact I saw Jerry
two days after I picked up my camper at a festival out of town (in a beer tent
may I add) and he made a point to come over and check on how are camper was
doing.
Your technicians and I wish I knew the names of all of them that worked on our
camper. Keith was putting the finishing touches on our camper the other day when
we picked it up and he was very knowledgeable and courteous about explaining
certain items to me. A few weeks ago one of my jacks broke and I stopped by on
the way home from camping to have it looked at to see if it was covered by
warranty. Before I could turn around Dave had a technician out there fixing it,
approval from Route 66 and I was on the way.
Thank you for everything you guys have done. I am sure when my wife tells me we
need a bigger camper (and what she says usually goes) we will be seeing you
again.
