Service Advisor

If you are a natural people-pleaser and a good listener who also happens to love RVs, then our dealership has the perfect job for you! We need more than an RV Service Advisor; we need an outstanding communicator with a professional appearance and a strong work ethic, someone who is equally comfortable greeting customers as they are scheduling appointments and acting as a liaison between customers and service techs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attitude is everything — greet service department customers promptly and courteously
  • Listen to each customer and articulate repair needs to tech
  • Upsell recommended/additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs
  • Adherence to dealership policy on customer vehicle care and operation
  • Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
  • Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
  • Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
  • Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
  • Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Personable, friendly and willing to listen
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers as well as coworkers and management in a proper amount of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • One to three years of experience in customer service
  • Prior knowledge of the RV industry

Schedule

  • Full-time Monday – Friday
  • Dec/Jan 9am-5pm
  • Feb-Mar, Oct-Nov. 9am-6pm
  • April-Sept. 9am-8pm (rotating shifts)

Parts Administrator

Our busy dealership is looking for a Parts Administrator to source and procure parts needed to get our customers back on the road and camping as quickly as possible.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting all customers (retail and shop) in selecting parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Informing customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensuring that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
  • Answering phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
  • Reviewing shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
  • Notifying parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
  • Pulling orders for delivery to shop, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number.
  • Issuing credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.
  • Setting up orders for daily shipment.
  • Stocking in orders and restocking of parts shelves.
  • Keeping current on new products and product updates.
  • Helping maintain the professional appearance of the parts department, including trash removal.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Required

  • Evening Hours (rotating evening shifts 6 months out of the year)

Service Technician

We are looking for hard-working individuals with a positive attitude to join our service team! Do you have experience in mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, welding, or other trades? Our busy dealership is in need of an RV Technician to augment our rapidly growing full-service RV dealership and repair facility. In this role, you will diagnose, inspect, adjust, and/or repair recreational vehicles. May specialize in electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. Our mission is to change how customers experience RV repairs & maintenance. We run an honest shop and operate with integrity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Examine and diagnose RV problems
  • Discuss repairs and additional service requests with service advisors
  • Plan work procedures in cooperation with the shop foreman
  • Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation
  • Complete story and documentation for all repairs along with photos for warranty reimbursement
  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
  • Ability to learn through audio, visual, and hand-on training
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area

Detailer

We are looking for a thorough, responsible Detailer who will adhere to providing quality cleaning and detailing services for our customers. In this position you will clean units according to company standards and/or client specifications, which may include performing thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, sanitizing, and deodorizing interiors, and additional cleaning duties. You should possess strong leadership and customer service skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain RVs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Performing your duties to company and customer standards
  • Recondition and maintain inventory
  • Cleaning RV interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client request
  • Operating buffers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations
  • Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of RV's
  • Repair minor issues in RV/Motorhomes
  • Keep track of cleaning supplies & when a new order needs to be placed
  • Wash/Dry cleaning towels
  • Other duties as assigned by Team Manager
